The Divisional Meeting of Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry will be held at University of Tsukuba during 18-20 Sept. 2018. This annual meeting with attendees reached more than 600 from academia to industrial sections has been historically the most fundamental and standard academic forum in the domain of colloid and interface science in Japan. The domain covers, molecular assembles in solutions, fine particles and colloidal dispersions, super molecular organized films, nanostructure solid surface, industrial application and products.
The organizer also call for the proposal for a general symposium from every participants. The symposium will open the way to develop the new field in the domain of colloid and interface.
Particularly, this year our meeting welcomes oral/poster contributions from overseas participants.
Visiting research scholars and collaborators with Japanese researchers who are not the member of the division are eligible to attend the Divisional Meeting!
"Non-member participants from abroad are requested to contact us by email for certifications before June 1st -> June 8th (Oral presentation) or June 16th (Poster presentation)." (Please see the note below.)
We organize an international general symposium called "Supramolecular Self-Assembly and Beyond", which is specially designed to provide a platform for foreign researchers and engineers working in Japan. Other sessions of course gladly accept contributions from you. Please also consider to attend the luncheon symposium: "Langmuir international symposium: Progress in interface and colloid science" in which editors and advisory board members in Langmuir will give talks. This will be a good opportunity to ask questions for insiders face to face.
