Online Registration

We welcome your online registration for The 69th Divisional Meeting of Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry. "Pre-registration for presentation", "Abstract submission" and "participants registration" will be accepted by following Web site.

Procedures

Follow the procedure below for Pre-registration for oral and poster presentation (mandatory for presenters), Abstract submission (mandatory for presenters) and Early bird registration.


Step 1 Get your Login ID

Step1-1 Enter your individual information.
Please enter your individual information. You need to get Login ID in all cases (You need to do Pre-registration for oral and poster presentation, Abstract submission and Early bird registration). You can change your individual information except e-mail address anytime.
Note: If you already have Login ID, You don't need to do "Step1-1".

About "Member No. (CSJ) or Cooperative Society"
* An individual member of Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry(DCSC) or The Chemical Society of Japan(CSJ) needs to fill in your membership number.
  • Please write "Corporate member" for a member of corporate membership company/organization of DCSC.
  • Please write "CSJ Corporate member" for a corporate member of CSJ.
  • If you are a cooperative society (kyosai-gakkai) member, please fill in the name of the society.
  • During Application for membership of the division, Please write "Reception number" (ME7-XXXXX).
  • Otherwise please write "Non-member".
  • If you are an overseas participant certified by organizing committee, Please write "****".

Step1-2 Receive a confirmation e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail with registry site URL and Temporary ID, Please access to the URL with your login ID and password that you set up at Step1-1.
Step1-3, 1-4 Please confirm your information that you have submitted.
Then your email address will register for your permanent ID.


Step 2 Login

Please Login your permanent ID/Password for Step3 - Step5.


Step 3 Pre-registration for oral and poster presentation (mandatory for presenters).
    Deadline June 1 -> Oral presentation June 8, Poster presentation June 16.

Note:
"Non-member participants from abroad are requested to contact us <tsukuba.colloid2018@chemistry.or.jp> for certifications before June 1st -> June 8 (Oral presentation) or June 16 (Poster presentation)."

Please enter your presentation information following the procedure shown in the Web site. You can change your entry information until the deadline.
* Don't use "platform dependent characters".
* Don't use "colon", "semicolon" and "comma" in the "item".
* If you use the superscript text, the subscript text and the Italic text, Please use <sup> </sup> tag, <sub> </sub> tag and <i> </i> tag.
* Entry number will be informed to Login user. Only Login user can modify the entry information and submit an abstract.
* A presentation entry number will be sent to you by email by the end of Jun.


Step 4 Abstract Submission (mandatory for presenters).    Deadline July 5.

Download a sample sheet and a template below. Login your ID and Password (Step2) on the web site and submit an abstract by the Deadline. Only PDF format is acceptable. Use Abstract template (A4 size 1 page).
* In case abstract submission is not completed by the Deadline, it may not be published in the proceedings.

The proceedings will be downloaded from the Web site. You need registration for download.
Please complete the Online-Registration process (Step5) as soon as you can.
Opening the download web page will be announced by July mid.
If you need a printed proceedings, you can order it at the registration process (Step5) (with extra charge).


Step 5 Early bird registration.    Deadline July 31.

Please login to the web site with your ID/Password (Step2) and perform Step5 for Early bird registration.
Your reference number and amount of registration fee will be shown on the web page.
Please use a registration form (postal transfer form) enclosed in the News Letter C&I Commun No.2 with your reference number.
To do participants registration (Step5), you can download proceedings from the web site.
Please apply Banquet at the same time of Step5.
Please print and cut out "participant name tag" displayed on the Web and do not forget to bring it. (Name folder will be given at venue.)

Note
Non-Division member can be registered as the division member if you join in the division at the early-bird registration (Annual fee: Member of The Chemical Society of Japan ¥4,200, Non-Member of The Chemical Society of Japan ¥5,400, Students ¥1,500).
Division members can receive Newsletter "C&I Commun" (4/year) and discount for courses of the technical symposium, the colloid learning.
