| Asahikawa Airport serves international flights to Taipei, Inchon, and Shanghai, and domestic flights to Tokyo (Heneda), Nagoya and Kansai. Alternatively, it is possible to access by train (JR) from New Chitose Airport in Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido, which also serves many international flights. |

| An Airport Shuttle Bus connects Asahikawa airport and the city center (JR Asahikawa station and most hotels) in approximately 30 minutes. From New Chitose Airport at Sapporo to Asahikawa, it takes approximately 2 hours by train using JR Airport Express, which runs hourly. (Please note you may need to change at JR Sapporo station) |

| During the meeting, a shuttle bus is scheduled to run from JR Asahikawa station, around which the most of the hotels are located, to the venue. Local buses are also available taking approximately 15 minutes from the JR station to the nearest bus stop to the venue. |
